Partnerships

We collaborate with a wide range of organisations to give our community the best opportunities and solutions.

Collaboration makes us stronger

Partnerships are crucial to the work that we do and that of the voluntary sector. We see all collaborative working as invaluable opportunities to share information, bring people together, address gaps in service provision and trial new initiatives.

IAGs are made up of independent community members from a wide range of diverse backgrounds that best represent North Yorkshire’s communities.  They meet regularly and act as a critical friend to North Yorkshire Police. They are consulted on a number of policing areas including hate crime and issues affecting people with protected characteristics such as race, religion, disability and sexual orientation.

We are here to help!
