The Well-Come Drop-in Café offers a friendly and supportive environment where you can connect with others, receive guidance on finding and accessing mental health services, talk openly and honestly about your challenges with friendly and supportive staff, and learn valuable coping strategies and gain access to helpful resources. No appointment necessary. Simply drop in for a chat, enjoy a cup of tea, and experience the difference!
Every Friday, 12:30pm – 3:30pm at Community House with Alison and Jackie
Well-Come is for anyone who:
- Wanting to get out & meet others
- Needing guidance on how to find & access help and support
- Struggling to access services due to mobility or transport needs
- Feeling lonely & isolated or needing someone to listen
- Challenged with their mental health
