Fizzical Friday

What is Fizzical Friday? It’s a free, weekly fitness class designed to get you moving and feeling great. No matter your fitness level, you’re welcome to join us for a session of fun, friendly exercise.

Need a ride? No problem! We offer free transport from Community House, Selby, departing at 9:15 AM each week.

Actively Inclusive
Riccall Regen Centre is excited to announce our Actively Inclusive exercise sessions!
We believe that everyone, regardless of their age or ability, should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of physical activity. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and fun for all.
What to expect:
- Seated Exercise to Music: A gentle workout that can be done sitting down, perfect for those with limited mobility.
- Mixed Inclusive Sports: A variety of sports and games adapted to suit different abilities.
- Pickleball: A fun and easy-to-learn paddle sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels.
Joining our fitness sessions offers a multitude of benefits for your overall well-being. Regular physical activity can significantly improve your physical health, helping you shed excess weight, build muscle, and lower your risk of chronic illnesses. Beyond physical health, exercise is a powerful tool for mental wellness, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.
